The house with an area of 220 m2 with a 100 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and an outdoor barbecue, is situated on a fenced plot of 2,400 m2. On the ground floor there is a fully glazed living room with a fireplace with an exit to the terrace, a kitchen with a dining area, a toilet, a garage and a carport. On the first floor at guest’s disposal there are four bedrooms, including one with a freestanding bath overlooking the lake, two bathrooms and a laundry room. At the request of guests we also have a baby cot.

For your complete security, the property has outdoor video surveillance (2 cameras recording the yard, the entrance gate, and the jacuzzi area). Pets are welcome for an additional fee (maximum 2 dogs or cats).

Our house is located in a quiet zone:

•  noise limits apply (especially at night),

•  there is a strict ban on using combustion motorboats on the lake,

•  loud outdoor parties are strictly limited.

This is an ideal place for people looking for peace and perfect conditions for relaxation. We do not accept the organization of any parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
